Pushlar Consulting is me, Andrew Pushlar. I have eight years experience in website, software and database development and have built or helped build hundreds of websites during this time. For the most part these sites have been interactive, meaning they do more than exist and look pretty. I specialize in finding ways to get your customers, or potential customers, to talk to you and to help you market to those most likely to have positive responses.

Although raised in Syracuse, my career started at a Manhattan based advertising and internet services company called New Paradigm which later became Aptinet, Inc. and focused on just internet services. Please take a look at Experience to see some highlights of my work there. I've recently moved back upstate, to Freeville, but continue to do consulting work for Aptinet and others.

The reason I've started Pushlar Consulting is that over the years I've found that many expensive web services that software companies provide for large businesses can be provided inexpensively for small businesses without sacrificing quality. However, this is possible only if the person providing the service has not just an understanding of the who, what, where, why, and how of developing a site but also the technical and programming expertise to actually build it. I believe that I have the knowledge and experience to make that happen.

Although I can do much for your website and business software, I can't always do it all. With many web consultants this limits the available services they can provide. However, Pushlar Consulting has working relationships with a web design group, Shokan.net, another local web developer at 544 Productions, and Aptinet, Inc. When necessary, they can be called upon to enhance the services I provide for you.
